About Empirian's Service Appreciation Program Empire recognizes the enormous contributions to society that service professionals make. That’s why Empire pioneered the Service Appreciation Program (SAP), which rewards their selfless service with a generous reduction in rent. This unique, community based initiative reserves a percentage of Empire rental properties for service professionals such as teachers, nurses, firefighters, police officers, EMT/Paramedics, National Guard and Active/Retired military. Eligible professionals receive a generous reduction in the market price of the apartment. Service professionals are an asset to their community. That’s why Empire is proud to welcome them to our rental communities. With more than 300 such communities across the country, thousands of service professionals will benefit from this unique program. Empire is pleased to help eligible applicants locate an apartment. Applicants may also contact Empirian Property Management office directly, but availability of SAP apartments varies by location. Empire apartment communities are located throughout 17 states including: Michigan, Alabama, Nebraska, Minnesota, Arizona, North Carolina, Florida, Ohio, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Indiana, South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Maryland, Texas, Michigan, Virginia. SAP apartments include studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments; all substantially below the market rate. Teachers, nurses, police officers, fire fighters, active duty military and reserves, and military veterans may apply. Of course, the application to the SAP program is free. We believe the SAP program is the first of its kind, designed specifically to help service professionals by substantially reducing their single greatest expense. It’s a small reward for the people who make an immeasurable contribution to society. SAP at a Glance: · Reduced rental rates are available to these service professionals: teachers, nurses, active duty military and reserves, military veterans, EMT/paramedics, fire fighters and police officers. · The number of SAP apartments is limited and varies by EPM property. A quota may be placed on each profession per property. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate all applicants. · Applicants must prove their eligibility prior to lease signing. · Standard lease terms, conditions and application fees apply. · Terms of the program are subject to change at any time.
