JAMMIES jams are made the way nature intended: chemical-free, and slowly cooked in small batches on the stove top, all by hand. Every batch of our jams, jellies, conserves, marmalades and fruit spreads are hand cut, then infused for 24 hours with organic herbs and spices, driving the sweetness and flavor deep into every piece of fruit. This allows us to use less sugar ( so fewer calories ) letting you taste the fresh flavor of each fruit in every jar. We never use commercial pectin or high fructose corn syrup, resulting in a healthier, preservative-free jam every time – just like home made, only better! Jammies jams are created from seasonal produce obtained weekly at the Santa Monica's Farmer's Market.
