In the Lessons book, each of these leaders share their techniques, tools, ideas, and methods that have helped them in their profession.

Rolland has been a paralegal since 1990. Her background and legal experience includes, bankruptcy, energy and environmental, real estate, corporate law and litigation in areas such as agricultural, maritime and personal injury. An active member of New Orleans Paralegal Association (NOPA) since 2003, Rolland has served on the board of directors and various committees of NOPA, Massachusetts Paralegal Association, and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations.
